AIKA Brand Origin
Founding Background: Founded in Dongguan, China in 2010, our factory was built by a core team with over 15 years of sportswear R&D and manufacturing experience. We started our business to solve global clothing buyers' common troubles: strict high MOQ limits, unstable fabric quality, slow sampling cycle and non-standard customized service in sports suits industry.
Our Core Business: We are an integrated industrial & trading manufacturer covering independent R&D, fabric sourcing, bulk production and full OEM/ODM customization. Our main products include yoga sets, running sportswear, muslim sports abaya and blank workout apparel, serving importers, boutique clothing brands, Amazon & independent store sellers across USA, EU, Australia and Southeast Asia. All fabrics pass SGS and OEKO-TEX international certification.
Our Factory Development Milestones
Factory Foundation & Pilot Production
We finished the first standardized production workshop in Dongguan, officially launched small-batch OEM service of yoga clothes &Casual sports wear, passed ISO9001 quality certification and developed more than 200 basic yoga styles for trial orders.
Production Upgrade & R&D Lab Establishment
We built independent functional fabric testing lab, introduced full-automatic production equipment, obtained SGS fabric certification, expanded product line into running apparel and muslim customized sportswear.
Global Brand Cooperation & Scale Expansion
Our factory expanded to 7800㎡ with 11 mature production lines, reduced trial order MOQ down to 50pcs, and established stable long-term cooperation with over 320 global private label brands.
