AIKA Sportswear is a vertically integrated manufacturer of custom men’s sportswear and activewear, based in Dongguan, China. Since 2010, we have produced private label gym wear for 320+ brands across the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Netherlands, Ireland, and Australia.
Our OEM/ODM service covers the full production chain for men’s sportswear: fabric sourcing, ergonomic pattern development, sampling, bulk manufacturing, logo application, and private label packaging. We specialise in solving the most common sourcing failures reported by brand buyers — fabric weight that falls short of the approved GSM, sizing that doesn’t account for Western men’s broad shoulders and longer torsos, and sampling delays that push back seasonal launch dates.
As an activewear OEM factory with over 15 years of manufacturing experience, we offer full private label customisation for men’s sportswear — including compression shirts, training tees, gym shorts, joggers, oversized hoodies, tracksuits, running jackets, basketball uniforms, and team gym wear. Send us your tech pack, reference designs, or purchase plan — our team will respond with a quotation and fabric recommendations within 24 hours.
Generic Asian sizing that doesn’t account for Western men’s broad shoulders, longer torsos, and leg proportions — generating fit-related returns
Fabric that falls short of the approved GSM — a 280 GSM French terry delivered at 240 GSM, which fails the hand-feel test and generates customer complaints
Thin non-stretch fabric that restricts high-intensity gym and running movement, compromising the product’s performance positioning
Sampling cycles that stretch beyond 20 days, pushing back seasonal launch dates
No one-stop branding support for logo, woven labels and custom packaging
Uncertified factories with no BSCI or social compliance audit, creating compliance risk for EU and US buyers
1. Ergonomic pattern engineering — eliminates the #1 cause of fit-related returns
Pattern grading for slim, regular, relaxed, oversized, and plus-size men’s fits. Adjustable shoulder width and inseam proportions calibrated for US, UK, and EU body measurements. Fit models at multiple sizes used for sampling verification.
2. Performance fabrics tested per batch — prevents batch-to-batch quality complaints
4-way stretch spandex, quick-dry polyester 140–220 GSM, French terry 280–380 GSM, brushed fleece 320–400 GSM, cotton jersey 160–280 GSM. Every fabric batch undergoes pre-shrink testing, colour fastness testing (minimum Grade 4 on grey scale), and pilling resistance testing before cutting. Shrinkage above 3% for cotton or 2% for blends is rejected.
3. Predictable lead times — protects your seasonal launch schedule
Sampling within 5–15 working days. Bulk production in 25–35 working days. Priority sampling available for seasonal bulk orders. 15-day rush production available for time-sensitive launches.
4. Functional details — adds product value without supply chain complexity
Reflective printing, zipper secure pockets, adjustable drawcords, compression inner liners, and thumb-hole cuffs. All functional components sourced from verified suppliers and tested for durability.
5. Complete private label system — one supplier, complete brand consistency
Embroidery, silicone print, DTF, sublimation logo, custom woven neck labels, branded hangtags, and eco-degradable packaging. All branding elements produced in-house for colour and texture consistency.
6. QC transparency — you see what you approve
Full certification system including GRS recycled yarn. 6-step AQL 2.5 inspection before shipment. Photo and video documentation shared before dispatch. On-site and virtual factory inspections arranged for orders above 300 pcs.
Minimum order quantity from 100 pieces per style and colour. Mixed sizes (XS–5XL) and colourways accepted within one style to reduce inventory risk. Sample orders have no minimum quantity requirements for fabric and fit testing.

Real-life sample photos are taken to help you visually confirm the accuracy and quality of the final product. Send us your colour references — we’ll match them and send lab dips for your approval within 5 working days.
