They drew multiple design sketches, from the style of the collar, the position of the zippers, to the size and shape of the pockets, and each detail was carefully refined. For instance, the collar is designed as a stand-up collar, which can effectively block the invasion of cold wind; the zippers are selected as waterproof zippers to ensure that rainwater does not penetrate; the pocket design is a slanted pocket with a zipper, which is convenient for storing items and not prone to falling. Sample production

Cutting and sewing
In the cutting process, we utilize advanced computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided cutting (CAM) systems. Technicians input the sample data into the CAD system, which will automatically generate the most optimal cutting layout based on the fabric width and layout requirements, maximizing the fabric utilization and reducing waste to the greatest extent. Then, the CAM system controls the cutting equipment to perform precise cutting according to the layout diagram. The cutting tools of the cutting equipment are sharp and highly precise, ensuring that the cutting edges are neat and smooth with minimal errors. For some complex-shaped components, such as sleeves and collars, the cutting equipment can also handle them perfectly, guaranteeing the accuracy of the cutting.
The sewing process fully demonstrates the superb skills of our workers. They adopt appropriate sewing methods according to different parts and functional requirements. For example, for the seams of clothes, they use methods such as flat sewing and overlock sewing to ensure the seams are firm and flat; for areas prone to wear and tear, such as cuffs and trouser legs, they increase the strength and density of the sewing lines; for areas requiring waterproofing, such as seams, they use waterproof sealing strips for treatment to prevent water from seeping in. Garment inspection
